the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the airport shuttle service was a lifesaver, making travel to and from the hotel a breeze. the buffet breakfast was a true highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right. the Level Up Premium experience is definitely worth it for the extra perks and attentive service. I highly recommend this hotel for both leisure and business travelers looking for a convenient and luxurious experience in Madrid.
